Pasternack RF detectors are active coaxial components that convert RF signal strength into proportional DC voltage at its output, also referred to as “video out”. We carry three basic types of RF detectors including zero bias Schottky diode detectors, bias Schottky diode detectors and log detectors. RF detectors from Pasternack are most commonly used to monitor and measure signal strength from an RF source. Many of our RF detectors are RoHS and REACH compliant. RF detectors are available with SMA connectors, while our 75 Ohm varieties have BNC connectors. Our zero bias detectors, bias detectors and log detectors have varying frequency capabilities ranging from 100 KHz to 26.5 GHz depending on type and style. These RF detectors have a maximum input power rating between 10 dBm and 23 dBm and an RF signal threshold (tangential sensitivity) of -54 dBm to -20 dBm. Pasternack carries two variations of RF detectors with a positive or negative output bias.
